In such cases, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Please follow the steps below to facilitate the process:

- Provide your order number and a clear description or photographic evidence of the damaged item or the incorrect product received.
- Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions for returning the item.
- Once we receive the damaged or incorrect item, we will initiate a refund for the full purchase amount or arrange for a replacement, according to your preference.
- Wrong Size Exchange: We understand that sizing can be challenging when purchasing clothing items online. If you have ordered an item such as a t-shirt and it does not fit as expected, we offer a convenient size exchange option. To initiate the size exchange process, follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and the specific size you wish to exchange the item for.
- Once the exchange request is approved, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us.
- Upon receiving the original item in its original condition, we will promptly send you the replacement in the desired size.
Please note the following important points:
- Items eligible for return or exchange must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange request if the item does not meet the above criteria or if the request is initiated after the 7-day window.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the original purchase.
- Shipping charges, including those for the original order and the exchange, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
